THE TAKE
A He-Man theme song produced by the same team behind Spider-Verse's score and explicitly modeled after Flash Gordon is either going to be gloriously over-the-top or a total misfire — no middle ground with The Darkness. The band joked that "He-Man asked whether we could provide some music for his forthcoming biopic" and they "bellowed in unison WE HAVE THE POWER" *, which honestly tracks for a group that's never met a loincloth joke they didn't love.
