WHY IT MATTERS
COMEBACK: this is the first American Ozzfest in nearly a decade, and the first ever without Ozzy alive to headline it. What's genuinely odd here is that the brand is confirming a country before it has a city, a date or a single band — crowdsourcing the location in public.
