Bullet For My Valentine have announced their eighth album, *Social Apocalypse*, out March 19, 2027 via Spinefarm, and dropped the title track — their first new song in four years *§. Carl Bown produced, his fourth record with the band *.
WHAT TO KNOW
- First full-length since the 2021 self-titled record; ten songs, closing with "Enough Is Never Enough" †‡.
- Chrissy Costanza (Against The Current) duets on "In The Absence Of You"; Will Ramos (Lorna Shore) guests on "I Don't Trust Tomorrow" *†.
- Matt Tuck's lyrics hit global conflict and division: "People are being pitted against each other. The world is full of conflict instead of unity." ‡
- In December 2025 Tuck described the album as a blend of *The Poison*, *Fever* and the self-titled †.
- 26-date European/UK arena run, January 21 Lisbon through February 27 Manchester, with Pendulum and Dark Divine §.
THE TAKE
Bown pushing them again is the encouraging part — Tuck says "Carl doesn't let you settle" * — and a Will Ramos feature suggests they're not playing it safe on the heavy end. But this band left the Trivium co-headline tour early in 2025 to write music, so the record now has to justify that †.
