We Came As Romans Drop “Culture Wound” With Ladrones Feature

THE DROP

We Came As Romans have released a reworked version of "Culture Wound" featuring Mexican rap metal act Ladrones ^*, ^†. It's the second of six planned collaborative rewrites headed for a release called "ALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED: CIRCULARITY" ^†.

WHAT TO KNOW

• New version of an existing WCAR track, out now ^*.
• Guest feature: Ladrones, a rap metal act out of Mexico ^*.
• Second of six collaborative reworkings tied to "ALL IS BEAUTIFUL… BECAUSE WE'RE DOOMED: CIRCULARITY" ^†.
• No label, release date or full guest list has surfaced yet ^*, ^†.

THE TAKE

Rebuilding an album one guest at a time is a real swing, and pulling in a Mexican rap metal crew instead of the usual metalcore-friend-of-the-band rolodex suggests they're not just padding a deluxe edition. The thing worth watching is whether the remaining four features push as far outside the band's lane as this one does.
