WHAT WENT DOWN

THE DETAILS
- The reunion came during White's second night at The Truth, a newly opened Nashville venue †.
- The setlist: "Steady, as She Goes," "Hands," "Level," "Broken Boy Soldier," and "Carolina Drama" *, †.
- White teased it on Instagram that morning: "Inside info for any Raconteurs fans in the Nashville area…you might want to buy a ticket for Jack White's show at The Truth tonight…there just might be a little surprise." *
- The band's last live appearance was October 2019 on the Help Us Stranger tour *.
- Keeler already drums in White's touring band †.

THE TAKE
A 20th anniversary box set and three quarters of the band already in the room is about as low a bar to clear as a reunion gets. The show had a no-phones policy, so photographer David James Swanson's Instagram posts are most of what exists from the night †.
