Brady Ebert, who co-founded Turnstile and played guitar through 2022, will stand trial October 5th in Rockville, Maryland on attempted first-degree murder charges †§. - William Yates survived with severe leg trauma including a broken leg and underwent surgery †§. Detectives say Ebert showed up at the elder Yates’ home, yelled obscenities and honked his horn, then returned and struck him in the driveway §.
- Ebert claims self-defense, but the charge was upgraded to first-degree attempted murder in late April and carries a potential life sentence †§.
