Blue Medusa Alissa White-Gluz’s Project Finally Shows Its Face Drops “Crocodile”

THE DROP

Blue Medusa, the band fronted by ex-Arch Enemy and ex-The Agonist vocalist Alissa White-Gluz, dropped third single "Crocodile." with a video ^*, ^†, ^‡. It's the first time we get full-band performance footage from this project — no more mystery about who's actually in the room ^*.

WHAT TO KNOW

• Third single from Blue Medusa; no album title or date announced yet ^*, ^†.
• Video co-directed by White-Gluz and Vicente Cordero of Industrialism Films, their continuing partnership ^*.
• Beatriz Mariano of Okkultist supplies visuals and heavy vocals on the track ^*.
• White-Gluz plays a one-off Nik Huber guitar built with Sea Shepherd and Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein, being auctioned for marine conservation ^*.
• Live lineup: guitarists Alyssa Day and Dani Sophia, bassist Alicia Vigil, drummer Delaney Jaster ^*.

THE TAKE

White-Gluz calls it "that instinctive dread when you know something dangerous is nearby, even though you can't see it" ^* — dark, tense, and a smart use of a second heavy vocalist rather than another solo showcase. Three singles deep with festival slots booked into 2027 and still no album announcement is the only odd part here ^*.
